Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
